If your plant arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective products. We recommend using tracked shipping for returns.
